Position: Supply Chain Supervisor
Duration: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 30 hrs /week
Salary: $31.50/hr
Overtime: $47.25/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in retail sector
Duties:
Establishes operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping inventory current.
Daily order review to ensure inventory availability and ensure all required documents are complete and available.
Manage a team of individuals responsible for pre-ship, Incoming receipts and outbound customer orders
Ensure Health & Safety guidelines are followed by inspecting the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment and prepares work order for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
Performs cycle counts and investigates discrepancies.
Responsible for accuracy of total inventory
Works with others to ensure coordination of logistics activities with cross functional groups such as sales order management, customer service, procurement, purchasing and logistics/compliance
Manage day to day activities to meet established SLA’s and report against SLA’s weekly
Create procedures and train staff to ensure compliance
